We accept most insurance plans. To make things easier for you, we will prepare any insurance forms and assist in making collections from insurance companies.
Please have your insurance information available when you call for an appointment.
Insurance policies generally only cover a portion of the total treatment cost. As a courtesy, we call your insurance company ahead of time so that we can give you a good idea of what your portion will be.
Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. Sometimes your insurance company will downgrade or deny services unexpectedly. When this happens, it is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks. Often, it is not the total treatment fee that concerns our patients, but how to fit the cost into their budget. For this reason, we offer a comprehensive range of plan options for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $10,000.
We have a monthly payment plan to fit almost every budget. We offer 3 and 6 month interest free payment plans. Submitting applications is quick and easy and decisions are typically provided within minutes with our online application option. For more information, visit carecredit.com.
